Sculpting my cardio.. Or something like that.

Yesterday, after a bit of persuasion from my friend Nidia, I joined 10 Fitness+.

This gym is relatively close to my house and offers a wide array of classes. SCORE!! I have always loved doing classes but haven't really had the opportunity since I left Oxford because our gyms in Little Rock stink and don't offer fun classes. I'm not big on Zumba because the classes I have been a part of are simply: kick ball change, hip sway, jump five times and repeat. Not much a work out if you ask me.... Soooo today I took a Cardio Sculpt class at lunch and tomorrow I am planning on doing the Boot Camp. The cardio sculpt was a great workout- not too hard but challenging enough that I felt like it was an hour well spent.

Did I mention how they have plenty of classes at a range of times? Yeah- super excited!!

What are you doing today for your workout? I should be running to continue my training for the half on November 10 but yeah.... I'm kinda over it right now.
