I have been having major running burnout lately. I'm assuming it's the weather (which is now actually cooling off shocking!!) because my running group is fantabulous, I have fun running gear, and my running trails are still new(ish). What do you do to combat running burnout? I take up new and way more fun ways to exercise. Case in point: joining 10 Fitness+. Yesterday I did a cardio sculpt class and today a spin class. The spin class was too much fun and felt like a great workout!
|Obvi Jennifer doesn't have running burnout but she is also a huge advocate of Spinning. Here's to hopes I will look like her at the vibrant age of 43.|
